1. Choosing Your Reviewer

  • Reviewers set their own fees - contact them directly for pricing
  • Find approved reviewers on the ZDHC Find Your Expert Platform
  • Ensure the reviewer understands your facility's languages

2. Application Process

  1. Complete the Level 2 application on the ZDHC platform
  2. Submit your application
  3. Select your third-party reviewer
  4. Contact the reviewer to start the process
  5. The reviewer evaluates your submission

3. Important Things to Remember

  • You can't modify answers or replace files after submission
  • You can share additional files with the reviewer if needed
  • Reviewers get full access to your submitted information
  • Changing reviewers after submission is generally not possible
  • The review typically takes 2-4 weeks, after accepting, but may vary

4. After the Review

  • The reviewer submits their assessment
  • ZDHC processes the results and updates your certification status
  • If you don't meet requirements, you'll receive feedback for improvement
  • You can reapply in the future - there's no limit on applications
