• Improved statement of minimum requirements: while Supplier to Zero focuses on continuous improvement, minimum requirements at each Supplier to Zero level allow the user to determine whether they meet the minimum requirements stated by the ZDHC CMS Framework.

• More answer options: more answer options allow a more accurate assessment of the situation and allow us to provide more detailed recommendations.

• Review of applicability: the applicability of questions to certain facility types has been improved.

• Improved wording of questions: some questions were found to be a bit ambiguous and unclear. Therefore, the wording of all questions has been reviewed.
