Application Procedure
- Any organisation who would like to become a Wastewater Laboratory according to the ZDHC Wastewater Guidelines Version 2.1 is required to apply for this on the ZDHC Solution Provider Platform.
Please note that:

- All existing Wastewater Laboratories that have got the access to the old Lab and Certifier Management Platform can use the same login credentials to access the ZDHC Solution Provider Platform as all account information will be transferred from the Lab and Certifier Management Platform to the ZDHC Solution Provider Platform.
- If you have no access, you should register in the ZDHC Solution Provider Platform
- Fill in the Organisational Profiles and upload any supporting documents.
- Fill in the ZDHC Wastewater Version 2.1 online Application Form (follow detailed indications that are given directly in the application)
- When you are satisfied with your responses to the Application Form, submit and pay for the application.
- ZDHC Application Reviewer will review your application and clarify any outstanding questions to your application.
- ZDHC Application Reviewer will make the final decision (either approved / declined).
- If approved, you will be asked to sign a master agreement as well as a service order with ZDHC and pay your 1st year of annual fee.
- Now your organisation is an approved Wastewater Laboratory according to the ZDHC Wastewater Guidelines Version 2.1.
