The Wastewater Reporting Fee is 250€ per year and is active for 12 months from the date of the payment. Throughout the active subscription, more wastewater test reports can be uploaded and it is recommended to at least twice a year in April and October, as outlined in the ZDHC Wastewater Guidelines.

No, each manufacturing unit with a separate address should have its own ZDHC Gateway account and separate wastewater reporting. 

Laboratories must upload wastewater test reports within 45 calendar days after the end of each reporting cycle:

• When the cycle ends on April 30, the submission cut-off is June 15.
• When the cycle ends on October 31, the submission cut-off is December 15.

Upload attempts after this period will be blocked, and you will see the message: "This submission exceeds the 45-day limit from the end of the reporting cycle. Please contact the Customer Support Team for further assistance."
