This guide shows the simple steps on how Wastewater Laboratories can upload the Wastewater (WW) test report via the electronic data reporting template, for Suppliers on the ZDHC Gateway.

Please follow the steps below to upload wastewater test reports:

1. Log in to your ZDHC Gateway account and click WATERDATA on the left navigation. 
2. Click the Bulk Upload button to upload your Wastewater report.
   
3. In the 'Drop Files Here' box - click on Choose a file or drag and drop your files into the box.
4. Click UPLOAD NOW. The file will become visible to Suppliers as well.

Important Note: Laboratories must upload wastewater test reports within 45 calendar days after the end of each reporting cycle. For example, if the cycle ends on April 30, the submission cut-off date is June 15; if the cycle ends on October 31, the cut-off date is December 15. Any upload attempts made after this period will be blocked, and the system will display the following message: "This submission exceeds the 45-day limit from the end of the reporting cycle. Please contact the Customer Support Team for further assistance." If you are unable to submit within the deadline, please contact the ZDHC Customer Support Team for assistance.
