The ZDHC MRSL Council is an independent group of experts that uses a science-based approach to review proposed substances and make decisions as to whether to add these substances to the latest version of the ZDHC MRSL.

The ZDHC MRSL Council is formed from diverse segments of the textile, apparel, leather and footwear industry. The group has a Chairperson to manage and organise the group’s activities.
