If your answers in your Supplier to Zero assessment disappeared after you changed your Supplier Profile, this is expected behaviour and not a fault. This article explains why it happens and how to avoid it.
Why a reset happens
Your Supplier Profile decides which performance criteria you are asked.
If you change your profile after you have started your self-assessment, what requirements apply to you can change too.
Keeping the old answers would mean keeping answers that describe a different facility. To keep your assessment correct, the answers are cleared and the self-assessment starts again.
You are always warned first
Before anything is cleared, a message explains what will happen and asks you to confirm.
If you confirm, your answers are cleared. If you cancel, nothing changes.
Read this message carefully. Once you confirm, it cannot be undone.
How to avoid an unwanted reset
Complete your Supplier Profile carefully before you start your Supplier to Zero self-assessment.
If you need a correction and you are already far into your self-assessment, download your answers first. You will still have to answer again, but you will have your answers to copy from.
Never confirm a warning message without reading it.
If your answers are already gone
Use the file you downloaded earlier, if you have one, to answer again quickly.
Answer again. Some requirements may be new, and some may have disappeared, because your profile has changed.
Check that your profile is fully correct before you start, so that it does not happen a second time.
