Supplier to Zero has one annual fee for each organisation. This article explains what the fee covers, how to pay, and what happens when the subscription ends.
The fee
199 euro per year for 2026.
Subscription is per organisation account, not per user account. Multiple users attached to the same organisation account will not have to pay the subscription multiple times.
It is per facility, not per person or company group. Suppliers with multiple facilities will need to pay for each facility.
It does not renew automatically. You need to manually purchase a new subscription once your current one expires.
What it covers
Access to the platform, your self-assessment and acknowledgement of completion, as well as the ability to request a third-party assessment.
It does not cover third-party assessment fees. You need to pay those directly to the approved assessment provider you choose, and each provider sets its own prices.
The Supplier Profile and the Air Emissions module are free and do not need a subscription.
How to pay
Card: your access is activated immediately.
Vouchers: can also be used where they are available to you.
The subscription step in your assessment
Your assessment has a step that checks your subscription.
Once your payment is confirmed, this step is complete and your acknowledgement becomes available to you. It remains accessible even when your subscription expires.
The step shows "Active until" with a date while your subscription is running, and "Subscription expired" once it has ended.
When your subscription ends
You keep the acknowledgements and certificates that you have already obtained.
You will need a new active subscription when submitting a new assessment.
You can renew before the end date to avoid any interruption.
