This article explains which supplier data is available in the Data Hub following the relaunch of the ZDHC Gateway, what is temporarily unavailable, and why.

01/ Introduction

At launch, the Data Hub contains InCheck and ClearStream reports for all your connected suppliers. ClearStream reports are available only from 2022 onwards. Supplier to Zero certificates, MMCF data, air emission data, and verified pulp and polyester data are not available at launch. These data types will be added in a future release.

The Data Hub in the ZDHC Gateway gives brand and vendor users access to compliance reports from their connected suppliers. While the core reporting data from InCheck and ClearStream is fully available at launch, several data types visible in the previous version of the ZDHC Gateway require additional development before they can be displayed on the relaunched platform.

02/ What is available at launch

The following data types are available in the Data Hub from day one:

  • InCheck reports — chemical inventory reports submitted by suppliers via their InCheck solution provider.
  • ClearStream reports — wastewater testing reports submitted by suppliers and their laboratories. Reports from 2022 onwards are available. See the note in the "Will my existing data be affected?" section below for the reason.

Both report types are searchable, filterable, and downloadable from the Data Hub.

03/ What is not available at launch

The following data types are not available in the Data Hub at launch:

Event Who is notified
The supplier sends a testing request Your laboratory
The laboratory accepts the request The supplier
The laboratory declines the request The supplier

These data types all originate from the Supplier Platform, which requires a separate integration with the ZDHC Gateway. That integration is under active development and will be rolled out after launch.

04/ Why is Supplier to Zero taking longer?

Supplier to Zero requires additional work beyond the basic data integration. The ZDHC Gateway will introduce a full certificate history, allowing brand users to see all StZ levels a supplier has achieved over time. Building this history feature correctly takes additional time, which is why StZ is not available at launch.

05/ Will my existing data be affected?

All existing data from the ZDHC Gateway — including historical InCheck reports and Supplier to Zero certificates — has been migrated. The data exists in the system. The limitation at launch is about visibility in the Data Hub interface, not about data loss.

ClearStream reports are available from 2022 onwards only. Reports submitted before 2022 have not been migrated to the relaunched ZDHC Gateway. This is due to data quality issues in the legacy platform prior to the introduction of Wastewater Test Specification for Laboratories (WTSL) version 2. The earlier report format was structurally inconsistent — including mid-guideline changes to the report setup that mean pre-2022 data does not map reliably into the new data model — and cannot be imported without introducing inaccuracies.

Once the Supplier Platform integration is complete, StZ and the other data types listed above will become visible in the Data Hub without any action required from brand users.

06/ What happens with the connection/supplier list export?

Your connections list is fully exportable. From the Connections page in the Brand Module, click Export to download a CSV file containing all your connections — including active, pending, disconnected, and expired connections. The export includes: organisation name, organisation type, connection date, who initiated the connection, status, and connection labels.

Note: The bulk connection request feature (used to send connection requests to up to 500 suppliers at once via template upload) is not available at launch. This is a known gap. If you relied on this feature, please contact ZDHC support to discuss alternatives.

07/ Tips & Notes

Tip: To stay informed about when new data types become available, watch for release announcements from ZDHC.

Note: If you have questions about a specific data type that is missing for your organisation, contact ZDHC support with the supplier name and data type. Support can confirm whether the data is in the system and provide an estimated availability date.
