This article explains how to connect and disconnect an Approved InCheck Solution Provider, so they can submit your facility's monthly chemical inventory reports on your behalf.
01/ Introduction
InCheck reports are never entered by hand on the ZDHC Gateway. A Solution Provider is a ZDHC Approved third-party platform that compiles your facility's monthly chemical inventory of chemical formulations and submits it to the ZDHC Gateway for you. You cannot submit an InCheck Report yourself — this is handled exclusively through your connected Solution Provider's integration with the ZDHC Gateway.
You can connect more than one Solution Provider at the same time. Each connected Solution Provider can independently submit reports on your behalf. There is no limit on how many you can connect.
02/ Prerequisites
- Admin access. You must be an admin in your organisation to connect or disconnect a Solution Provider.
- No other setup is required before connecting a Solution Provider.
03/ Steps
Connecting a Solution Provider
- Log in to the ZDHC Gateway.
- Click InCheck in the top navigation.
- Select Settings in the InCheck Module sidebar.
The list of Approved InCheck Solution Providers opens, each with a short description of their service. - Select the card of the Solution Provider you want to connect.
- Select Save. The connection takes effect once you save. Your Solution Provider can now see your facility and begin submitting reports on your behalf.
Disconnecting a Solution Provider
- Go to InCheck and then select Settings.
- Select the connected Solution Provider's card again to deselect it.
- Select Save. Only once you save does the disconnection take effect. The Solution Provider can no longer submit new reports for you.
Note: Accessing InCheck Settings itself requires admin access. A non-admin user cannot access this page to connect or disconnect a Solution Provider.
04/ Tips & Notes
Note: Disconnecting a Solution Provider does not affect reports they have already submitted. These remain visible in your InCheck Reports history exactly as before.
Tip: If your preferred Solution Provider does not appear in the list, they are not yet an Approved Solution Provider. Ask them to contact ZDHC to begin the approval process.
