This article explains the InCheck settings available to suppliers—how to select your approved solution provider and view your InCheck subscription status.
01/ Introduction
The InCheck settings section gives you two key controls: choosing which approved solution provider you work with, and monitoring your InCheck subscription status. These settings ensure that only the right partner can submit chemical inventory data on your behalf.
02/ Prerequisites
- You must be logged in as a supplier.
- Admin access is required to change the solution provider selection.
03/ Accessing InCheck settings
- Log in and select your supplier organisation.
- In the top navigation, click InCheck.
- In the left-hand navigation, click Settings.
04/ Solution provider selection
Admin only: Changing the solution provider selection requires admin access.
The solution provider selection controls which approved InCheck solution provider is permitted to submit chemical inventory data for your organisation.
How it works:
- Select the solution provider you work with from the list of approved providers.
- Once selected, a handshake is established. Only that provider can submit InCheck reports for your organisation.
- If you work with more than one solution provider, you can select multiple providers.
- If no provider is selected, no InCheck reports can be submitted for your organisation.
Note: If you are not seeing any submitted reports in your InCheck overview, check that the correct solution provider is selected here and that the handshake is confirmed.
05/ Subscription status
The subscription status section shows whether your organisation has an active InCheck subscription and which solution provider it is linked to.
Currently, a separate subscription is required for each solution provider your organisation works with. If you work with two solution providers, you hold two subscriptions. This is being updated — in a future release, one subscription will cover all solution providers connected to your organisation.
Tip: Your InCheck subscription is separate from other ZDHC Gateway module subscriptions. You need an active subscription for each solution provider to enable report submission.
