This section outlines the process for applying to become a ZDHC Signatory. It also describes how applications are handled and the steps that will be taken to onboard a new Signatory as they settle into this important role.
01/ The process
- Indicate Interest
Write an email to firstname.lastname@example.org to indicate your interest to become a ZDHC Signatory, to receive more information and the application documents.
Complete, sign, and send the application form that corresponds to the Signatory category your organisation would fall into. Categories are Brand, Chemical Industry, Textile/Apparel/Leather/Footwear Industry, or Associate.
The ZDHC Foundation will assess your application and if it is approved, will communicate that to you.
- Onboarding - Documentation and Administration
After approval, we will prepare further documentation, which you will need to sign and return to us:
- Commitment Letter
- Contributor Mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement
- Contributor Mutual Logo Licence Agreement
You will also be requested to complete an administration form to name us the persons that should be integrated into the ZDHC programme.
After ZDHC has announced your new Signatory engagement, you will be added to our communications lists. You will also be invited to calls and meetings and be able to request access to the ZDHC Signatory intranet, where all ZDHC Programme documents are housed. We will also work with you to coordinate any announcement you wish to make.
- Start Collaborating
With all the steps complete, you can start collaborating with the ZDHC Community and implementing ZDHC Solutions!
