ZDHC Signatories pay an annual fee, which sustains the activities of the Roadmap to Zero Programme. These contributions help to ensure the Programme can have a positive impact all over the world. Answers to frequently asked questions about Signatory fees can be found below.
Whilst ZDHC does reserve the right to change annual signatory fees, these fees are not usually changed by ZDHC. Since the annual signatory fee applied depends on your annual revenue, if that changes then your signatory fee will be adjusted accordingly.
We invoice once a year. Our payment cycle is from January to December. In your first year your annual signatory fee is pro-rata, in accordance with the month that you joined.
In the first year as a ZDHC Signatory, you pay the annual Signatory fee, plus an additional one-time onboarding fee to cover administrative costs. The amount of this fee depends on the Signatory category your organisation falls into.
Please also note the following:
- You are expected to attend ZDHC in-person meetings according to your engagement activities in the ZDHC Programme. At a minimum it is expected that you will attend the ZDHC Annual Meeting. Any travel costs or expenses incurred for attending such ZDHC hosted meetings will not be covered by ZDHC.
- Sometimes ZDHC may request support by way of additional funding/donations/in kind donations to fund new or unplanned projects of the ZDHC Programme. Supporting in this way is voluntary and not mandatory.
- It is common when ZDHC hosts meetings, especially the ZDHC Annual Meeting, to offer sponsorship packages. These sponsorships are a valuable support in managing the costs of these meetings. We are always delighted when ZDHC Signatories support us in this way.
