As a ZDHC Approved Solution Provider, you can provide a description and location for the services you offer to be shown on Find Your Expert.
IMPORTANT: Make sure you indicate ONLY the location in which you can provide the service
Please remember that your organisation is responsible for the data accuracy of the information relative to the services provided as a ZDHC Approved Solution Provider, and ensure that the information displayed in Find Your Expert is true, accurate, not misleading, and always remains up-to-date.
Step 1: Log in to the Solution Provider Platform
Step 2: Click on "Find Your Expert"
Step 3: Click on "Services - more"
Step 4: Click on "Set description" + "Set Regions" + "Set Servicelogo" for the relevant service
Step 5: Write and Save your service Description
Step 6: When filling in your organisation description, we suggest keeping the content to less than 150 words. (Read more about the Dos and Don’ts in this article)
When your listing is searched, it displays in a box with the first 50 words of the description.
To make the most of this space and attract potential clients, we recommend avoiding unnecessary repetition of your organisation’s name and services. Since your name is already present in the heading and logo, and services are listed separately, focusing on unique aspects of your offerings will create a more compelling impression. (See example below)
Step 7: choose and save ONLY the Regions in which you provide the service
(make sure that this reflects your service-providing capacity as declared in your application, e.g. knowledge of language and legislation, sampling management, etc.)
Step 8: Upload and save the Servicelogo (only if different from your Profile logo)
