Since November 2024, with the mandatory use of the On-site app for wastewater sampling, the On-site app project number is necessary to generate the EDR in the Gateway.

In the ON-SITE APP

Step 1: Go to the On-site app

Step 2: Log in with your credentials

Step 3: Find the On-site app project number in the dashboard under “My Projects”

In the SOLUTION PROVIDER PLATFORM

Step 1: Go to the Solution Provider Platform

Step 2: Log in with your credentials

Step 3: Click on Find Your Expert

Step 4: Click on “Manual Requests” or “Received Requests”

Step 5: Find the On-site app project number
