The course fee that you pay includes up to two exam attempts. If you pass the exam within these two attempts, you will receive a ZDHC Academy Training Certificate.

If you are unable to pass the exam within two attempts, you will not receive a ZDHC Academy Training Certificate. However, you may request one more exam attempt for 25 euros. Click here for more information.
