If you are taking a training offered by one of the ZDHC Approved Training Providers, the trainer will mark your course attendance shortly after you attend the training. If the trainer indicates your attendance as “fully attended”, you will receive an email that informs you to complete the exam.

If you are taking an e-learning offered directly on the ZDHC Academy Platform
When you finish the training modules, click the green “complete” button. After that, you will be able to access the exam.
When you can open the exam, you will see the “Your Exam” Panel, then click the blue button to proceed.
The language selection page will then open up. As a learner, you can select the language of your choice. To choose the language, click the dropdown box, select the language and then click the “Choose Language & Start Exam” button.
