What does a formulator have to upload to the ZDHC Gateway - Chemical Module to prove ZDHC MRSL conformance?
To the ZDHC Gateway - Chemical Module, the formulator has to upload a third-party certificate issued by the ZDHC Approved MRSL Certifier stating the conformity of the chemical product to the respective ZDHC MRSL Conformance Level (1, 2 or 3).
How can formulators upload a document that changes the conformance level in the ZDHC Gateway - Chemical Module?
The system automatically updates the conformance rating when a new qualifying document is uploaded, once it has gone through the verification process. For example, if a chemical manufacturer uploads an acceptable test report or an acceptable third-party certificate, the system will automatically change the rating of the chemical product from self-certification.
Does “Registration” mean my chemical products conform to ZDHC MRSL requirements?
No. Chemical formulator and/or chemical product registration do not mean that the chemical products meet ZDHC MRSL requirements. It only means that they have provided information about the company and its chemical products. Here you can check, how you can register on the ZDHC Gateway as a formulator.
