The Resource Efficiency Module (REM) on the ZDHC Supplier Platform is a tool for suppliers addressing resource efficiency in their production facilities. It is accessible to all suppliers who have a ZDHC Gateway profile. The main goal of the REM is to support the textile, apparel, leather and footwear industry to reduce its negative environmental impacts around GHG emissions, climate change, water scarcity and pollution by implementing resource efficiency measures. It analyses suppliers' environmental performance and identifies improvement opportunities. Additionally, the REM allows suppliers to record their resource consumption. The related CO₂ emissions are also automatically calculated.
