There can be multiple reasons for invalid vouchers. The following reasons are the most common:

  • Expiration. The voucher has expired. Please contact the voucher issuer if you think there has been a mistake.

  • Used. The voucher has already been used. Please contact the voucher issuer if you think there has been a mistake.

  • Typo. There is a typo on the voucher code. Please recheck the voucher code and enter it again.
