Although you can retrieve your password from the Supplier Platform and the ZDHC Gateway, you can only change it on the ZDHC Gateway. If you have forgotten your password, click on "Forgot password?" on the log in page of the Supplier Platform, which will lead you to the ZDHC Gateway password retrieval page.

At the bottom of the login form, you'll find two links:

• "Forgot Password?" - Use this if you need to reset your password
• "Forgot Username?" - Use this if you need to recover your username

These links appear below the blue "SIGN IN" button, and clicking either will redirect you to the appropriate recovery page on the ZDHC Gateway.
