Application Procedure
- Any organisation that would like to become a Wastewater Laboratory according to the ZDHC Wastewater Guidelines Version 2.1 is required to apply for this on the ZDHC Solution Provider Platform.
- Should your organisation not yet have an account, start by creating one here.
- Sampler nomination has to be done via ZDHC Solution Provider Platform. Please note that email ID on Solution Provider Platform and Academy must be same.
- Should your organisation not yet have an account, start by creating one here.
- In near future, the Lab and Certifier Management Platform will no longer exist as we transition to a new ZDHC Solution Provider Platform. On closure of Lab and Certifier Management Platform, any organisation that would like to become a Wastewater Laboratory according to the ZDHC Wastewater Guidelines Version 2.1 is required to apply for this on the ZDHC Solution Provider Platform. This includes:
- Setting up a new account, if you did not have a Lab and Certifier Management Platform account yet, see the next point.
- All existing Wastewater Laboratories that have got access to the Lab and Certifier Management Platform can use the same login credentials to access the ZDHC Solution Provider Platform, as all account information will be transferred from the Lab and Certifier Management Platform to the ZDHC Solution Provider Platform.
- Fill in the Organisational Profiles and upload any supporting documents.
- Fill in the ZDHC Wastewater Version 2.1 online Application Form.
- When you are satisfied with your responses to the Application Form, submit and pay for the application.
- ZDHC Application Reviewer will review your application and clarify any outstanding questions about your application.
- ZDHC Application Reviewer will make the final decision (either approved/declined).
- If approved, you will be asked to sign a service agreement with ZDHC and pay your 1st year of the annual fee.
- Now your organisation is an approved Wastewater Laboratory according to the ZDHC Wastewater Guidelines Version 2.1.
In certain situations, ZDHC may request additional information and documentation or carry out specific evaluations, which may include derogations on certain requirements or acceptance of equivalent quality assurance criteria, to grant a fair, consistent, high-quality implementation of the Roadmap to Zero Programme on a global scale. If any extra fees are associated with this evaluation, the laboratory will receive advance notice.
