Signatory Friend of ZDHC - Vendor gains a deeper understanding of ZDHC’s work. They can access ZDHC Solutions and Platforms, gaining more visibility over their own supply chain.

ZDHC Gateway:

The Signatory Friend of ZDHC - Vendor is granted:

1. 1. Access to the ZDHC Gateway to manage Suppliers, get access to data and connect with ZDHC Signatory Brand and Retail partners.
   2. Access to the Roadmap to Zero implementation toolkit, including templates and guidance, for effective communication with, and active engagement of the Friend supply chain in the ZDHC Gateway.
   3. Ability to evaluate the performance of suppliers via tools accessible or requestable via ZDHC Gateway.
   4. Ability to access comprehensive ZDHC Vendor Reports for sharing own performance with ZDHC Signatory Brand and Retail partners

ZDHC Academy:

The Signatory Friend of ZDHC - Vendor is granted:

1. 1. Preferential access to Training offered through the ZDHC Academy and delivered by ZDHC Approved Training Providers 
   2.   The ability, in the Academy, for Friend to set up dedicated Training for staff members and/or suppliers of the Friend.  
   3.   Potential discount, on the participant certification fee for training (per participant, per training) where a threshold number of training participants is anticipated.  This is subject to negotiation based on individual Friend circumstances and needs.

Implementation HUB:

The Signatory Friend of ZDHC - Vendor is granted:

1. 1. Preferential access to the Supplier to Zero Programme implementation support and Supplier Platform Modules. Potential discounts on the submission fee for respective Solutions/ Modules.
   2. Access to ZDHC Approved Solution Providers to support Friend implementation activities.  
   3. The potential to be invited to be given preferential access to participate in implementation and/or ZDHC managed innovation and/or implementation pilots and projects prior to broader industry access.

ZDHC Hosted Meetings and Events:

The Signatory Friend of ZDHC - Vendor is granted:

1. 1. One (1) free (no cost - excluding own travel expenses) ticket to the annual Signatory Friends of ZDHC Event.
   2. The ability to gain further profile and support the ZDHC Foundation by way of meeting/event sponsorship opportunities, as appropriate. 

Networking:

As a Signatory Friend of ZDHC, the company will have the opportunity to network with other Friends of ZDHC at the ZDHC hosted meetings and events (including from time to time with ZDHC Signatories) to share best practice, explore mutual challenges and solutions that advance the ZDHC Mission, Vision, and Purpose.

Communication Rights:

The Signatory Friend of ZDHC - Vendor has the right:

1. 1. To be named and acknowledged as a Signatory Friend of ZDHC on its website (roadmapzero.com). 
   2. To communicate that it is a Signatory Friend of ZDHC in accordance with the provisions of the Acknowledgement Letter.
