| A brand-facing organisation that delivers finished goods directly to brands/retailers. They have control over their supply chain, either sourcing from other suppliers or as a licensee of a brand. A vendor facility does not have manufacturing operations, but may have packing, sampling, prototyping, storage, and transportation activities. Some vendors may also outsource the wet processes of the finished good.
