The Brand Module is your workspace on the ZDHC Gateway for managing supply chain connections, monitoring supplier performance, and accessing compliance data. This article explains what the module contains and how to navigate it.
01/ Introduction
The Brand Module gives Brand users a dedicated space to view and manage supplier relationships. It is organised into five sections accessible from the left sidebar: General Information, Connections, Engagement, Data Hub, and Reports.
02/ Prerequisites
- You must have a brand user role. If you cannot see the Brand Module in the main navigation, contact your organisation admin or ZDHC support.
03/ Steps
- Log in to the ZDHC Gateway.
- Click Brand Module in the main navigation bar. The module opens on the General Information page.
- Use the left sidebar to move between pages. The current page is highlighted.
04/ Pages in the Brand Module
General Information — An overview of your organisation's brand profile and module capabilities.
Connections — View and manage your connections to supplier organisations. Use this page to send connection requests, review incoming requests, and configure data-sharing settings.
Engagement — Track supplier engagement trends and activity across your connected supply chain.
Data Hub — Access and download compliance reports (InCheck and ClearStream) for your connected suppliers. See Viewing and downloading supplier reports in the Data Hub.
Reports — View and download Brand-level reports for your Brands to Zero submissions.

Note: If you do not have a brand user role, navigating to the Brand Module will redirect you to the home page with an access denied message. Contact your organisation admin to request the correct role.
