This article provides an overview of InCheck reports — where to find all your submitted InCheck reports, what the table shows, and how to publish or decline a report once it has been submitted by your solution provider.
01/ Introduction
The InCheck reports overview is your central view of all chemical inventory reports submitted on your behalf by an approved InCheck solution provider. Reports are organised by calendar month. Once a solution provider submits a report, it appears here with a status of Submitted. You can then review it and publish it, or decline it if it is incorrect.
Note: If you do not take any action within 45 days from the end of the reporting month, the report is automatically published. This is irreversible. Make sure you are regularly checking your InCheck reports so that inaccurate reports do not auto-publish to your connected brands and vendors.
02/ Prerequisites
- You must be logged in to ZDHC Gateway as a supplier.
- At least one approved InCheck solution provider must have submitted a report for your organisation.
03/ Accessing the InCheck reports overview
- Log in and select your supplier organisation.
- In the top navigation, click InCheck.
- In the left-hand navigation, click Reports.
04/ Understanding the reports table
The reports table shows all InCheck reports submitted for your organisation, sorted by month. Each row represents one monthly report and includes the following columns.
| Column | What it shows |
|---|---|
| Month | The calendar month the report covers |
| Number of products | How many chemical products are included |
| Performance level | Your InCheck performance result for that month |
| Source | The InCheck solution provider that submitted the report |
| Status | Submitted, Published, or Declined |
Tip: Click on any row to open the report detail panel. You can see the full breakdown of products, weights, MRSL levels per product, and the date the report was submitted.
05/ Report statuses
| Status | What it means |
|---|---|
| Submitted | The report has been submitted by your solution provider. It is visible to you but not yet published to connected brands or vendors. |
| Published | You have published the report (or it was auto-published after 45 days). It is now visible to connected brands and vendors via the Data Hub. |
| Declined | You have declined the report because it contained errors. The report is permanently locked — it cannot be edited or reopened. Your solution provider must submit a corrected report as a new submission for the same period. |
06/ Downloading your InCheck report
From the report detail panel, you can download the InCheck PDF report directly. This file contains the full chemical inventory data for that month and can be shared outside the ZDHC Gateway for verification or programme purposes.
07/ Publishing a report
- Click on the report row you want to publish.
- In the detail panel, review the report contents.
- Click Publish.
The report status changes from Submitted to Published. It becomes immediately visible to connected brands and vendors who have data sharing enabled on their connection with you.
Note: Publishing is irreversible. Once a report is published, it cannot be unpublished.
08/ Declining a report
If a submitted report contains errors, you can decline it and ask your solution provider to resubmit.
- Click on the report row you want to decline.
- In the detail panel, click Decline.
- Enter a reason explaining what is wrong.
- Confirm the decline.
Your solution provider receives the reason you provided and must submit a corrected report as a brand new submission. A declined report is permanently locked and cannot be edited or reopened.
Note: If you are not seeing any reports in this overview, check that the correct solution provider is selected in InCheck Settings.
