Who gets the certificate that can be used to demonstrate ZDHC MRSL conformance - the mill or the chemical formulator?

The chemical formulator applies for and obtains the certificate for their chemical products. This certificate can be shared with the extended supply chain to demonstrate conformance.

Does ZDHC certify chemical products?

No. ZDHC does not certify chemical products. The ZDHC Foundation only reviews information on third-party (independent) certification bodies, which ZDHC accepts (based on a review of their processes) as indicators of certifications for ZDHC MRSL conformance.

Does ZDHC issue a certificate of compliance for chemical products that conform to the ZDHC MRSL?
