Substances without solid evidence of current use in industry but with clear evidence of historical use. The archived substances should not be reintroduced by a chemical manufacturer in their commercial chemical products. The exclusion of these substances in the formulation should be reviewed by a ZDHC Approved MRSL Certifier.
