The ZDHC MRSL Council is an independent group who uses an objective, science-based approach to review proposed substances for inclusion in the ZDHC MRSL or Candidate List.
The MRSL Council is composed of technical experts (Council members) from diverse segments of the textile, apparel, leather, and footwear industry, and other significant stakeholders with relevant industry knowledge and experience. The group has a chairperson to manage and organise the group activities.
