No. Chemical formulator and/or chemical product registration do not mean that the chemical products meet ZDHC MRSL requirements. It only means that they have provided information about the company and their chemical products.
This depends on the conformance level. It may be a test report or third-party documentation review that leads to a third-party certificate (at Level 1). For a Level 2 certificate, it includes a review of the chemical product and documentation review of the formulator’s chemical product stewardship. For a Level 3 review certificate, a supplier site visit is required as part of the chemical product stewardship review. Please see the ZDHC MRSL Conformance Guidance.
Yes, the system will automatically update the conformance rating when a new qualifying document is uploaded, once it has gone through the verification process.
