A CIL must contain all chemicals used and stored in the facility and may cover, but is not limited to; Cleaners, adhesives, paints, inks, detergents, dyes, colourants, auxiliaries, coatings and finishing agents, and commodity chemicals, as well as those used for effluent treatment plant (ETP), sanitary, laboratory and utility purposes.
