ATPs will deliver the following courses:
Chemical Management Fundamentals
Chemical Management for Textile and Leather Assemblers
Chemical Management for Textile and Leather Processors
Chemical Management for Footwear Manufacturers
The first course is for all facility types and stakeholders and works as a prerequisite for courses 2,3,4. ATPs can conduct this course prior to enrolling participants to other courses, for learners who do not have knowledge about the fundamental topics.
For courses 2,3,4 - which are specific to a supplier facility type- ATPs should verify the credentials of the participant’s organisation/factory, as the content is specific to these 3 different supplier facility types. Please refer to the appendices below to check the details.
ATPs should endeavor to group participants from textile manufacturing in one session and leather manufacturing in one session. However, there may be a possibility that participants from textile and leather manufacturing industries will need to be enrolled in one session. In such situations, ATPs should ensure that they share examples and exercises that address both textile and leather scenarios and issues.
ATPs can also modify their training sessions to meet learners’ needs and focus on topics relevant to them. However, the exam per course would remain the same for all learners.
