Regardless of the methodology used, ATPs are expected to ensure the following elements are addressed in their training sessions:
There are enough examples, visuals and scenario-based practical case studies that are shared with the participants to enhance comprehension
The sessions should engage the participants and be interactive
The training should align with the curriculum shared with the ATPs at a minimum. Additional deep dive into specific topics may be done by the ATPs, as per need.
Sharing of experiences and challenges between the participants should be encouraged
In case of online delivery (through MS Teams, Zoom or Google Meet), ATPs can use engagement tools such as Mentimeter, Slido, H5P, Kahoot, Padlet, Quizizz, Miro, etc. during the online sessions and breakout rooms (wherever possible) for interactive discussions.
In case of delivery through e-learning, ATPs can use authoring tools such as Articulate Rise / Storyline, H5P, Captivate, etc. or create videos using Canva Video, Vyond, Synthesia, etc. The e-learning modules should include interactive learning such as clickable activities, drag-drop matching, or virtual walkthroughs.
It is also recommended that ATPs continuously collect and incorporate feedback from the participants to refine or modify their training materials and methodology.
