The ZDHC Competence Centres have prepared a curriculum for each course and shared this with ATPs to begin creating their training materials in Nov 2025. The training content designed by the ATPs must align with this curriculum, while bringing in additional expert insights, interactivities, and case studies to enhance the learner experience. The curriculum provides for flexibility, and allows ATPs to modify the content to suit the training audience’s needs. If you need any clarification, do reach out to us at training@zdhc.org
ATPs can prepare their training materials in the form of PowerPoint presentations, videos, games, interactive classroom exercises, group discussions, Miro, quiz, etc.
ZDHC will not review these training materials prior to the roll out of the training sessions by the ATPs. We trust in the expertise of the ATPs. However, there will be a quality assurance check conducted by ZDHC for ATPs in the form of feedback from participants, spot check participation in some training sessions by ZDHC personnel and evaluation of the participants performance in exams.
