The certificate for each new course will be issued once the learner takes the exam assigned to that course and passes the exam with at least 75% score. The process remains the same as before:
Learners sign up for the preferred course via the ZDHC Academy Platform
ATP contacts the learner for the payment process, and then confirms them for the course
ATP marks the attendance of the learner on completion of the training course
Learner takes the exam on Academy platform
In case this is unsuccessful (scoring less than 75%), learner can take a second attempt
On successfully scoring 75% in the exam, learners can download the course certificate.
The certificate will be valid for a period of 2 years from the date of issue.
