Our general cancellation policy is as follows:

• Cancellation up to 1 month before the event:
  Full ticket price refunded
   
• Cancellation up to 2 weeks before the event:
  50% of the ticket price refunded
   
• Cancellation less than 2 weeks before the event:
  No refund; the full ticket cost applies
   

If you can no longer attend, you may transfer your ticket to someone else within your organisation.
