Some guidelines within the Suppliers Roadmap to Zero have more than one version displayed. This happens because one version is active, while another is upcoming.

  • Active: This is the current version that the supply chain should be following for implementation and testing.
  • Upcoming: This version will replace the active one in the near future. It is published in advance so that the industry can review the changes and prepare for the transition.

In short, active requirements are the ones to follow now, while upcoming requirements show what’s next.

Where there are two versions available for a chapter on the Suppliers Roadmap to Zero you will see the box below informing and allowing the switch between the active and the upcoming.
