Knowledge base

A supplier should initiate sampling and testing twice a calendar year.
Sampling before 30 April and before 31 October every year to meet the cycle timelines.
There should be at least a 3-month gap between the two sampling and testing cycles.
The wastewater test reports for the 2 cycles must be uploaded to the supplier’s ZDHC Gateway account by the ZDHC Approved Wastewater Test Laboratory completing the sampling and testing.

Two reporting cycles per year:

April cycle:

Upload test report by 30 April each year

October cycle:

Upload test report by 31 Oct each year

  • Sampling, testing & reporting only done by ZDHC Approved Labs on behalf of suppliers.
  • Sampling, testing & reporting preferably done within one cycle*
  • Reporting = data submission onto the ZDHC Gateway.
  • At least three months between sampling for the two reporting deadlines
  • Generate ClearStream Report, perform RCA for non-conformities and upload CAP on Gateway

*Note: In case if a laboratory has done sampling at the end of April or October for the respective cycles, still they can test and generate the report after the cycle since only sampling date is considered to decide the cycle in the gateway. But the preferred option is to complete everything within the same cycle.
