How advanced is Zeddy?
Zeddy was launched on 8th December 2024. It is a new project that is continually improved. Your feedback on Zeddy’s answers is precious and will assist us in making Zeddy even better. To leave feedback, simply start using Zeddy and click the thumbs-down button in the text box to leave comments.
How does Zeddy answer questions?
Zeddy will do its best to answer one question at a time. When it needs further clarification to give a better answer, it will ask for more information (this can occur up to two times). All previous information will be forgotten once Zeddy has provided the correct answer.
Do I have to log in to Zeddy?
No, you do not need to log in to use Zeddy. Simply find the blue logo at the bottom right of the ZDHC Knowledgebase web page.
What if I notice Zeddy has provided an incorrect answer?
If Zeddy’s answer does not look right to you, please click on the thumbs-down button at the bottom of the answer. Please also add a comment explaining why the answer was not correct. The more we know where improvements are needed, the better we can make Zeddy.
How do I copy the content from Zeddy?
There is a button on Zeddy to copy the content of an answer. The copied text will contain the disclaimer (if present). The message content and all sources are always in RAW text format to make it easy to share or use the output, for example, in Word or WhatsApp.
Can I still contact Customer Support if I need to?
Yes, we are still here for you. Before contacting us, it's recommended that you try Zeddy for an instant answer.
Where does Zeddy get its knowledge?
Zeddy has access to ZDHC pdf downloads, English Knowledge Base articles, the Roadmap to Zero website and all downloadable Roadmap to Zero Programme PDFs from ZDHC.
All documents in Zeddy are updated at least once monthly to ensure they provide information about recent events and changes.
With every answer, Zeddy shows sources as references that provide credible information. Please make sure the information is fact-checked.
In addition, Zeddy is not using any knowledge pre-trained in the LLM Model (by OpenAI). If the information is not present, Zeddy will be unable to answer. If you think this information needs to be added to our website, please press the thumbs-down button below the answer and leave a comment so the information can be added to improve Zeddy and your experience.
Is there a limit to the number of questions I can ask Zeddy?
No, you can ask Zeddy as many questions as you wish. Just be mindful that Zeddy can only answer one question at a time.
What if Zeddy does not know the answer?
Zeddy is still learning, so he might not know the answer to some questions. In this case, look at our Knowledge Base and the ZDHC website; you may find the answer. If you still need help with a query and cannot find what you are looking for, please contact Support.
