To cancel your registration, email the ATP hosting the session to inform them of your intention. The ATP will confirm the cancellation and update your session status to cancel.

Please note:

• Each ATP has its own cancellation policy. Therefore, contact the ATP hosting the session to learn more about the payment conditions for training sessions.

• It is impossible to receive a refund for the training directly from the ZDHC Academy Platform since the original payment was made to the ATP.
