If you remember your login credentials, you can simply login to the Academy Platform with your old company email address and the password. Once you have logged in, go to your profile on the top right corner of the Academy Platform and then update your primary email address. While you are on your profile, please also update your personal information.

Step 2: Update your primary email address and review all information.

If you do not remember your login credentials, you will not be able to reset your password to regain access to your account. This is because the email reset confirmation will be sent to your old company email address. In this case, please contact Support@zdhc.org for assistance.
