It's great that you were invited to a ZDHC training. Before you can attend the training, you have to accept the invitation on the ZDHC Academy Platform. Please have a look at the video for further instructions.

Please note:

• If you already have a ZDHC account from another ZDHC platform (e.g. ZDHC Solution Provider Platform, ZDHC Event Platform, etc.), you can log in to the ZDHC Academy using your existing ZDHC account login credential.

• If you do not have a ZDHC Academy account, you will be required to set one up for free. Please make sure the email you use is the same as the one you received the email invitation.

• If you already have an account on the ZDHC Academy Platform and the trainer has sent you the course invitation via a different email, please contact your trainer to have the invitation resent to the email address you registered your Academy account with.
