The primary email address is for you to access the ZDHC Academy Platform on a regular basis. If you lose access to the primary address, you can still recover your ZDHC Academy account using your alternative email address. Filling in your alternative email address is optional.

Note: The alternative email is mainly helpful to users who use their professional email address as their primary email address. This ensures that you can still reset your password and access your account if you change company and lose access to your professional mailbox. Therefore, you are advised to use your email address as an alternative email address.
