The Profile Platform serves 2 primary purposes:
- Managing your own account. You can go there to change your name and your password.
- Linking individual accounts to organisations.
- Account Admins go there to manage their organisation members.
- Individuals can go there to send a request to the Account Admin of this organisation to be added/removed from an organisation.
- This information is essential to ensure that organisation members access the information relevant to their own organisation on the Virtual Environment, the Solution Provider Platform, the Event Tool, etc…
As ZDHC is working towards aligning accounts on all the platforms, the account information (such as name and password) on the Profile Platform is linked to the following ZDHC Platforms: ZDHC Academy, the Event Tool, the Submission Platform, ZDHC On-site App, Solution Provider Platform and all of ZDHC's Virtual Environments.
While anyone with an account on one of the aforementioned platforms can log in to the Profile Platform and edit their own account's information, only Signatory Brands and Solution Providers have Account Admins. Therefore, only these 2 stakeholder groups have the possibility to add members to their organisation on the Profile Platform.
