Common questions about training hosted by ZDHC Approved Training Providers
1. How do I identify whether the course is hosted by a ZDHC Approved Training Provider?
Once you have selected the course that you want to take, you will be able to identify who the Approved Training Provider is by their company logo on the right-hand panel. In the following screenshot, ZDHC Academy is shown as a mock-up example. However, the Approved Training Providers are typically third-party organisations. 2. I see the statement “Attendance to the course is permitted only upon payment and approval from the training provider”. What does this mean?
When you see this statement, it means your registration to this course is only considered as an expression of interest. The training seat is held for you temporarily. The Approved Training Provider will review your registration and decide if they will accept or decline you for the training.
In most cases, the Approved Training Provider will reach out to you to clarify your training expectations and needs, as well as the process for invoicing. In most cases, your final acceptance to the training course will be subject to the payment of the course fee. Please contact your ATP for more information.
Registering for a Training Course hosted by a ZDHC Approved Training Provider
How do I sign up for the course?
You simply need to click the blue “Sign-up” button and then proceed to accept the terms and conditions. As a prospective learner, you can ask questions to the trainer via the comment box.
When you have “successfully registered” to the course, a notification is sent to the trainer to review your registration. You will also receive an email notification saying your registration is pending.
Note: By signing up for the training course, it does not guarantee you are enrolled. It is merely an expression of interest. Your trainer will review your registration and decide on whether to accept you to the course.

After I have signed up, I receive a notification saying that my registration is awaiting approval. What does that mean?
This means your registration is pending and is subject to the Approved Training Provider review. Your training status will change as soon as the trainer approved your application.

When I sign up for the training course, there is no payment link for me to finalise the payment. How should I proceed?
If you are signing up for a training course hosted by an Approved Training Provider, there is no payment link on the platform. The payment takes place off-platform and it is made between yourself and the Approved Training Provider. In most cases, the ATP will reach out to you within a few days after registration. If have not received any reaction from the Approved Training Provider, we encourage you to reach out to them directly for clarification.

The training I registered for is an in-person or hybrid training, where should I attend the training?
If the training is an in-person or hybrid training, the trainer will send you all the information before the training. Please contact your Approved Training Provider for more information or clarification. -
The training I registered for is an online training, where in the Academy should I attend the training?
In case the Approved Training Provider indicates that your training takes place online, then they will provide you with the meeting link or platform link to take your training. Please contact your trainer for more information.

The ZDHC Approved Training provider will contact you after signing up for a course. Please follow the payment instructions provided to you. Typically, the payment is done off-platform and directly with the Approved Training Provider of your choice. -

Invoicing
Can I retrieve an invoice generated by an Approved Training Provider directly on the ZDHC Academy Platform?
By signing up for the training, it does not guarantee you are enrolled in the course. It is merely an expression of interest. Your trainer will review your application and decide on whether to accept you to the course. The payment is made to the Approved Training Provider directly, the generation of the invoice lies directly with them so you are not able to retrieve iton the ZDHC Academy Platform. Please contact your Approved Training Provider for assistance.
Resolving payment issues
I have issues with the payment for my training course. What should I do?
The payment for your training course happens off-platform between yourself and the Approved Training Provider. If there are payment issues that need to be resolved, please contact your Approved Training Provider directly.
