Application Procedure:
Here following steps to become an Approved Supplier to Zero Reviewer:
Any organisation who would like to become an Approved Supplier To Zero Reviewer is required to apply for this on the ZDHC Solution Provider Platform. The approval is specific for locations. If the organisation is part of a group, it is necessary that each single location applies.
- Fill in the organisational profiles and upload any supporting documents.
- Fill in the ZDHC Supplier to Zero Reviewer V1.0 online questionnaire
- When you are satisfied with your responses to the questionnaire, submit and pay the application fee.
- ZDHC will review your application and clarify any outstanding questions to your application.
- ZDHC will make the final decision (either approved/ declined).
- ZDHC will send you a contract to be signed.
- Now your organisation is an approved ZDHC Supplier to Zero Reviewer.
- Nominate your Reviewers that shall follow the training and pass the exam.
- After the peer review done, you can perform the activity.
- After the approval, the Approved Solution Provider will receive from the ZDHC guidelines to be used to perform reviews.
