A group of industry experts responsible to make independent decisions on ZDHC Wastewater Guidelines development and updates based on an objective, science-based approach, including review of proposals from a proposing entity on parameters and limits.
The Wastewater Council is composed of competent members with relevant industry knowledge and experience who represent diverse segments of the textile, apparel, leather, and footwear industry, such as brands, suppliers, solution providers, NGOs and academia. The Council has a chairperson to manage and finalise the decisions of the Council.
