How can I sign up for a course?
Once you have found a training course which you would like to sign-up for, click the “Register Now” button (see screenshot). You will be asked by the platform:

to provide your consent to transfer your personal information from the ZDHC Academy to the Approved Training Provider

to write a short comment or ask question to the trainers in the comment box.
Once the above steps are completed you are enrolled in the course.
If this course is hosted by ZDHC (e-Learning course)
E-Learning hosted by ZDHC is currently offered in the form of webinars about ZDHC Guidelines, Platforms and Solutions as well as in the form of an Introduction to ZDHC E-Learning.
ZDHC Webinars (free of charge):
The webinars can be found under the topic area in the courses dropdown. For example, a webinar about the new MMCF guideline can be found under the course tab “fibers”.
After clicking on the button ‘more’ you will be guided to the course page and able to select sign up now.
Once you have signed up, you will be automatically directed to the course page to start your training.
Introduction to ZDHC E-Learning:
For the Introduction to ZDHC E-Learning, a different process applies. Are you a ZDHC Signatory brand or supplier?
Please contact support@zdhc.org to receive instructions to register your supply chain partners to the training.

Please sign-up for the e-learning directly via the Academy Platform. After registration you will receive an e-mail with further instruction about the payment. Once the payment is fulfilled you can start with the e-learning.
If this course is hosted by a ZDHC Approved Training Provider:
Once you send out your registration request, the trainer receives an e-mail notification. As part of the acceptance process for the course, they may reach out to you outside the platform for additional arrangements.
When do I need to sign up for a course?
All learners have to sign up for courses before the start date of the course. It is not possible to sign up for the course after the course date, as the online registration for the course will be closed.
I forgot to sign up for a course via the ZDHC Academy Platform, but I attended the course. Can I sign up for a course after the course date has passed?
Once you have attended the course and the course date has passed, the course registration online is closed. Therefore it is not possible to register for the course anymore and do the examination. In exceptional cases, we can register you after the course date has passed, but you will have less time to do your final examination. Please contact support@zdhc.org for further support.
If I was granted the possibility to sign up after the course date has already passed, will I still have the same time slot to do my examination?
No, when you have been granted the possibility to sign up after the course date starts, your time slot to do the exam will be the following:
- For in person and online training with trainer: End date of course + 2 weeks
- For Self Paced E-Learning: End date of course + 6 weeks
For private training courses, you can only register via e-mail invitation. You will receive the invitation from the approved training provider generated via the Academy Platform:
To proceed with the registration, go to “click here” and you will be directed to the Academy Platform. You will be able to see the course details and accept the invitation:
Once you accept the invitation and fulfill the payment, you will receive a confirmation e-mail from the approved training provider.
Once you have accepted the invitation, the course will be visible on your Dashboard and in My Courses:

to go to the course information and the exam.

ZDHC Academy is mostly providing courses via approved training providers. The training provider defines the price of the training based on country, the topic, the duration and so forth. Therefore please go to the Academy Platform and have a look at the training courses in your region for current prices.
When signing up for a specific training session you will be contacted by the ATP to complete the enrolment. Payment of the session fee will then take place between the ATP and you as the learner, outside of the ZDHC Academy platform. The price of a training course is indicated in the course information.
Payment methods such as bank transfer and/or credit card payment may differ per ATP. Therefore, please contact the ATP directly if you have additional questions about paying for a session.
