Can I see a learner’s status and see their exam results and their certificate status?
Yes, you can always see the status of your learners in the Detail View of your session.
How long does the exam stay open for a learner?
Please note learners have 14 days after completion of an in-person or online training (with trainer) session to complete the examination in order to get their certificate. For Self paced e-learning, the learner has 6 weeks to complete the exam as of registration date.
What happens if a learner does not pass the exam after two further attempts?
If a learner does not pass the exam after two attempts, they will not receive a Certificate of Achievement. However, they can enrol for a new in-person or online training session and repeat the course and the exam. The learner will get their Certificate of Achievement when they have fully attended the new session and passed the exam.
In this case, the learner will not meet the requirements for obtaining a Certificate of Achievement. However, they can contact the ATP to reopen two more exam attempts for an additional 14 days. If you receive such requests, please contact support@zdhc.org for assistance. The ZDHC Academy will process this request for you in the back-end system. If the learner meets all training requirements, they will be eligible to receive a Certificate of Achievement.
An administrative fee of EUR 25 applies, and ZDHC will invoice the ATP for such requests. We recommend the ATP pass on this charge to the learners.
